We'll present a mood board and concept direction for your review — nothing moves forward until you're aligned with the strategy. This prevents wasted revisions and ensures everything we build is intentional.

Ongoing support, updates, and maintenance are available, and many of our clients continue working with us on a retainer basis for content, design, and web updates.

Brand identity projects typically run 3–5 weeks. Web development projects range from 4–8 weeks depending on scope. We'll give you a specific timeline in your project brief before we start.
Yes — we require a 50% deposit to begin work, with the remaining balance due at project completion before final file delivery. This protects both of us and ensures we're both committed to seeing the project through.
Most deliverables include two structured revision rounds. The strategy phase upfront reduces the need for excessive revisions — when the direction is clear, the revisions stay focused and minimal.
Absolutely. Many of our clients move into monthly retainer arrangements after their initial project. Retainers cover ongoing design, web updates, content creation, and social media support — starting at $500/month.
